At Harp and Roe, we strive to excellently serve our customers. If you are not satisfied with your order, we will try our best to resolve any issues!

Once your order is received, please review all items to ensure they are in expected condition. Please note that all of our products are either vintage or preowned, and any imperfections will be clearly stated in the product description; because of this, all sales are final. If any items are defective, missing, or incorrect, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can assist you. Harp and Roe LLC is not liable or responsible for any lost or stolen packages once the tracking report indicates a delivery. We advise that you consider purchasing shipping insurance or consider using a track-able shipping service if you are shipping items exceeding a value of $50.
